Enrico Gatti Winery

In speaking of Franciacorta and its elegance, it is not possible to ignore the wines of Enrico Gatti produced with grapes grown mainly in the territory of Erbusco, in the province of Brescia, where the winery is based. Founded in 1975 and managed by Enrico himself who, since 1984, the winery has seen the birth of his first Franciacorta with the 1986 harvest.

According to the company's philosophy in which the link with the territory, respect for traditions, and the exaltation of natural balance are the undisputed cornerstones, the wine is considered "alive" and in continuous evolution; for these reasons the Gatti family has tried to recreate a space that is as perfect and ideal as possible, capable of guaranteeing optimal conditions in terms of vinification and conservation.

Sparkling wines are produced as a result of a deep and unconditional love for their vineyards and for their work. Bottles, those that lead back to the name of Enrico Gatti, which contain the expression of the different company vineyards, enhanced in the interpretation of each vintage and embellished by the enthusiasm with which the Gatti family itself lives each harvest and each season.

The canteen, allunderground and thermo-conditioned mind, it has state-of-the-art tanks that have a computerized system for perfect temperature control. The vinification techniques used are among the most modern and always guarantee total respect for the raw material.
