Elegance comes from sand .. This is the slogan of the I Sabbioni company. A winery located in the hills between Faenza and Forlì, where there is a particular conformity of the territory constituted precisely by the "sabbioni", a yellow and sandy earth that is the demonstration of how, less than a million years ago, this surface was covered by sea.  

The Sabbioni cultivate exclusively Sangiovese red grape varieties, from which they produce multiple expressions and versions, originating wines with unmistakable aromas and aromas that offer a unique wine experience.

In the summer of 1987, a skull of a mammoth re-emerges from the yellow sands of these hills, and it is the latter that becomes the brand of the company and the symbol that distinguishes each label produced by the winery.
