Since 1522, from generation to generation, the French Philipponnat family works with dedication and passion in the oenological field in the production of the infamous Champagne; in fact, in the 16th century, the ancestors of the family were shopkeepers and winegrowers suppliers of Louis XIV.

A centuries-old philosophy handed down over the centuries with extreme care and attention by its predecessors, and equally inherited with diligence and meticulousness. The spirit is still familiar and the work is carried out with great passion in order to produce wines that fully reflect the characteristics and values of the Maison.

For almost a hundred years, the Maison has had an exceptional "clos", the Clos de Goisses; a 5.5 hectare vineyard located in the heart of Champagne, one of the hottest territories in the region, characterized by a very steep hill that enjoys a particularly favorable climate as, from morning to evening, the vineyards are continuously exposed to the sun without no shadow.
