Cantina Monte Rossa was founded in 1972 when Paolo Rabotti and his wife Paola decided together to take the path of viticulture; today with enthusiasm and innovative spirit, his son Emanuele and his wife carry on the tradition by producing wines with an aristocratic and refined style, distinguished by the characteristic elements of the Franciacorta terroir

Thanks to a series of winning decisions, including investing in technology, continuous research and experimentation, and above all the choice to be the first to abandon the road of still wines in search of excellence in Franciacorta, they have determined the development and growth of Cellar.

Today the winery owns 70 hectares of vineyards. The fundamental principles of the company remain the peasant tradition, harmoniously blended with technology, craftsmanship and the passionate pursuit of excellence managed with commitment and a wise entrepreneurial mentality.
