Vigna del Lauro owes its name to the laurel trees (laurel), which surround an old vineyard of Tocai Friulano, in the municipality of Cormons.

The family-run company was founded in 1994 following a collaboration with Eberhard Spangenberg, a German importer of great Italian wines; and extends over an area of about 18 hectares between the DOC Collio and Isonzo.

The principles of the winery are based on respect and careful care in the production of the grapes; and thanks to the use of extremely environmentally friendly cultivation techniques, they allow them to develop an eco-sustainable viticulture of quality and prestige.
