Gioia Luisa Distillery

The Gioia Luisa company was born in 1946, after the war, when the spouses Felice and Laura Maresca started a small family-run business. They specialize in the processing and transformation of fresh and dried fruit, the raw material and richness of the Sorrento Peninsula.

Oranges, lemons and walnuts were therefore the essential products to be offered in the Neapolitan area. Felice was a great man of sound principles and an honest worker, Laura was his dynamic life partner.

After the death of his beloved parents, 'On Franco decided to continue with the family business, with the same love for his land.

Gioia Luisa's limoncello di Sorrento IGP is produced with the best natural lemons, coming from certified lemon groves, following the original recipe as then, to offer the best Limoni di Sorrento IGP liqueur. At least 300 g of lemon peels are used for each liter of liqueur.
