Le Volpi & Monte Fasolo winery

Le Volpi & Monte Fasolo represent a story of rebirth. Originally Le Volpi and Monte Fasolo were two separate farms, which for more than 40 years had been exploiting the excellent quality of the Euganean Hills soil to produce wine and oil. The Le Volpi farm is located in Baone, the largest capital of the Euganean Hills, and in 2010 it was brought back to its former glory thanks to the recovery work carried out by the Rossi Luciani family. Seven years later, the Monte Fasolo farm was also taken over and revalued. Today, with a total of 200 hectares, the Le Volpi & Monte Fasolo estates represent the largest winery in the Euganean Hills.

The two estates are located in Baone and on Monte Fasolo, two areas that enjoy volcanic and clayey soil. These characteristics, combined with the microclimate present on the Euganean hills, make the area the ideal place to produce excellent quality wines.

Le Volpi & Monte Fasolo pay great attention to respect for the environment, in all aspects of production. In order to preserve the territory, in fact, the most advanced cultivation techniques are used. Furthermore, sustainability is also at the heart of the bottling process, where only eco-sustainable bottles are used. Confirming the great love for the environment of this winery are the vegan and organic production certifications that all of their vineyards have obtained or are about to obtain.
