AWFUL COMPANY

I purchased on December 9th and still have not received any tracking information as of January 12th. They will not provide updates for shipping from Italy to USA and insist I will only get shipping for USA to Canada AFTER I personally clear it through customs. I have called DHL and they have no record of this shipment. It’s completely unacceptable and at this point I honestly think it’s fraud. Absolute garbage, will never deal with this company again. There are much better websites with superior shipping and customer service. DO NOT BUY
