Family-run Sicilian winery based in Marsala, a long-established producer of Marsala and a range of white, red, sparkling and fortified wines, operating since 1875.
The estate was founded in Marsala by Vito Curatolo in 1875 and has remained family-run for several generations. During the 20th century the winery expanded its presence in foreign markets and, beginning in the 1970s, diversified production beyond Marsala into still wines also intended for export. In recent years the family has developed single-varietal lines and territorial selections, collaborating with external oenologists to enhance indigenous varieties and the identity of individual vineyards.
