Weingut Oekonomierat Johann Geil I. Erben (Weingut Geil)
The Geil family has been connected to Bechtheim for generations: Georg Geil's purchase of the manor house in 1871 marked the beginning of the local winemaking tradition that would later bring Johann Geil to public attention. Johann promoted local bottling and was awarded the title of Oekonomierat. Today the estate remains family-run and the business continues across multiple generations.
