The Nuragus di Cagliari DOC by Audarya is a white wine that elegantly expresses the winemaking tradition of Sardinia. Made with Nuragus grapes, an indigenous Sardinian variety among the oldest, this wine is a tribute to the island's history and wine heritage.
Audarya winery, known for its dedication to quality and authenticity, carefully oversees each phase of the production process. The vineyards are located in an ideal terroir, characterized by a Mediterranean climate which allows the grapes to mature under the warm Sardinian sun, imparting intense fruity aromas and a pleasant freshness to the wine.
The Nuragus di Cagliari DOC has a light straw-yellow color, with hints tending towards greenish. On the nose, it is distinguished by its delicate scents of white-fleshed fruits, notes of apple and pear, enriched by hints of white flowers and subtle mineral nuances. On the palate, the wine is balanced, characterized by good acidity and a persistent freshness that invites another sip.
