This technique allows for maximum concentration of sugars and aromas in the fruit, resulting in an intensively rich and structured wine.
This wine presents itself with a deep, seductive amber-red color. On the nose, complex notes of mature red fruit, sweet spices, and hints of tobacco and chocolate are immediately revealed, a result of carefully monitored maturation both in the vineyard and in the cellar. On the palate, the wine surprises with its perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. The tannins are soft and well-integrated, leading to a long and persistently aromatic finish.
