"Perbacco" is a red wine coming from the renowned Vietti winery, and encloses different identities, each linked to one of the terroirs from which the Nebbiolo grapes come. The wine from the different parcels, each vinified individually and emphasizing the peculiarities of the vintage to the maximum. The alcoholic fermentation lasts for 3-4 weeks in steel containers at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wines spend a period of rest in barriques and large barrels to complete the malolactic fermentation. At this point, the cellar carefully selects the wines that will be assembled in steel to give life to the Nebbiolo "Perbacco", while the rest continues the aging process.

Poured into the glass, "Perbacco" reveals an intense ruby red color with garnet nuances. The aroma is characterized by fruity notes, mentholated accents, oriental spices, and memories of red rose and black tea. On the palate, fine tannins and a delicate sip stand out, positively influenced by the short stay in steel after blending. The evolution in the mouth is elegant, with an appreciable intensity and a persistent finish.

This wine adapts impeccably to tasty first courses, cheeses, cured meats or roast meats.
