The Classic Method Spumante Brut Cuvée Rosé by Francesco Bellei is an expression of refinement and elegance, which reflects the skill and passion of the Bellei winery in the production of high quality sparkling wines. Produced through the rigorous Classic Method, this rosé sparkling wine is the result of a meticulous selection of grapes, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle and a prolonged refinement on the yeasts, which give the wine complexity, structure and a persistent finesse of the bubbles.

This Brut Rosé sparkling wine stands out for its elegant pink hue, obtained from the brief maceration of red grapes, which gives the wine not only its characteristic color, but also a rich and multifaceted aromatic profile. Attention to quality and detail at every stage of production is evident in the wine's aromatic bouquet and flavor structure, which combine freshness, liveliness and inviting aromatic complexity.

Visually, it presents a delicate and luminous salmon pink color, embellished with a fine and persistent perlage that dances in the glass. On the nose, it offers a rich and seductive bouquet, with notes of small red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries, enriched by nuances of bread crust and yeasts, which reflect the elegance and depth conferred by refinement.

In the mouth, the wine is balanced and harmonious, with a pleasant acidic freshness that balances the structure and supports the fruity and floral notes. The fine bubbles caress the palate, leaving a sensation of creaminess and a flavor persistence that invites you to taste it again.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with appetizers, fish and seafood dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses, the Spumante Metodo Classico Brut Cuvée Rosé by Francesco Bellei is also a perfect companion for celebrating special occasions, where the search for excellence and pleasure meet.

With his Brut Cuvée Rosé "Classic Method", Francesco Bellei confirms the winery's commitment to creating sparkling wines that are synonymous with quality, tradition and innovation, offering a product that seduces and conquers for its freshness, elegance and aromatic complexity.
