The Don PX of Bodegas Toro Albalá is an oenological gem from the Montilla-Moriles region, renowned for the production of sweet wines of extraordinary concentration. This wine is made exclusively with Pedro Ximénez grapes, sun-dried to concentrate their sugars and aromas, thus obtaining impeccable density and sweetness.

The color is an intense dark brown, almost black, with golden reflections that come to life in the light. On the nose, it reveals a complex bouquet of dried fruits, such as figs and plums, combined with nuances of dark chocolate, coffee, and exotic spices. On the palate, the Don PX surprises with its richness and opulence, maintaining perfect balance thanks to a surprising freshness for such a sweet wine.

Aged in oak barrels, this wine demonstrates an extraordinary aging capacity. The Don PX is a meditation wine, ideal to accompany chocolate desserts or blue cheeses, but it can also be a pleasure to enjoy on its own as the conclusion of a special evening. With its 375ml bottle, it offers the perfect amount to share a unique tasting experience.

Winery history
