Champagne Blanc de Blancs Millésimé Extra Brut - Jean-Claude Vallois is born in the renowned Champagne region, precisely in Oger, the heart of the Côte des Blancs, famous for its limestone soils that enhance the Chardonnay grape. This vintage, made exclusively from selected Chardonnay grapes, represents a perfect expression of the purity and elegance typical of the denomination.

The production method follows the classic tradition, with a long aging on the lees that gives complexity and a refined structure. On the nose, it opens with delicate notes of fresh citrus, bread crust, and white flowers, while on the palate it is lively and vibrant, with a perfect balance between acidity and minerality, typical of the territory. The Extra Brut dosage makes it very dry, enhancing its freshness and finesse.

Ideal to accompany seafood appetizers, crustaceans, or fish-based dishes, this champagne enchants with its refinement and longevity.
