The La Costa Binelli estate's Dry Sparkling Malvasia is a refined example of sparkling white wine, originating from the renowned hills of Piacenza, a geographic area known for the production of high-quality wines thanks to its temperate climate and fertile soils.
This variety of Malvasia features a bright straw-yellow color, enhanced by greenish reflections that attest to its freshness and vibrancy. On the nose, it expresses an intense aromatic bouquet, where floral and fruity notes emerge, with hints of green apple, peach, and delicate nuances of hawthorn, typical of the Malvasia variety.
