The Langhe Nebbiolo "Di San Francesco" by Roberto Voerzio is a true example of elegance and finesse, born in the heart of the Langhe, one of the most prestigious areas of Italian winemaking. Made with 100% Nebbiolo grapes, this wine is the result of meticulous vineyard work and precise vinification, aimed at best expressing the qualities of the terroir.

Visually, it presents a bright ruby red color, with slight garnet reflections that intensify with aging. On the nose, the "Di San Francesco" reveals a complex and deep bouquet: notes of ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry blend with floral nuances of rose and violet, enriched by hints of spices, leather, and tobacco that testify to the elegant aging process.

On the palate, the wine is powerful yet harmonious, with a well-balanced tannic structure that promises excellent aging potential. The acidity is lively, supporting a long aromatic persistence that recalls the red fruits and spices discovered on the nose.

The vinification includes fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, followed by a maturation period in barriques that adds additional complexity without overpowering the varietal character of the Nebbiolo.

Pairing suggestions include red meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses. Also ideal as a meditation wine, the "Di San Francesco" can be enjoyed on its own, offering a rich and unforgettable sensory experience.

By purchasing the Langhe Nebbiolo "Di San Francesco" by Roberto Voerzio, one chooses a high-quality product that represents the expression of the Langhe territory and the winemaking art of an excellent producer.
