Dopo un periodo di invecchiamento in barrique, il Luce continua il suo percorso di eccellenza, ispirato dalla singolarità del territorio di provenienza. La fermentazione avviene in vasche di cemento con una macerazione sulle bucce che dura 4 settimane. Il vino si affina successivamente in botti di rovere proveniente dalla Slavonia per un totale di 24 mesi.

Presenta un colore rosso rubino molto luminoso. Al naso si manifesta con una concentrazione di aromi, tra cui spiccano le note di frutti rossi, soprattutto marasca, arancia rossa matura e spezie. In bocca è ricco e avvolgente, con una piacevole tensione che valorizza la trama tannica perfettamente integrata. Il finale è affascinante per la marcata sapidità e la persistenza prolungata.

Ideale per essere gustato durante l'intero pasto, si abbina bene a stufati, piatti di carne a lunga cottura e formaggi stagionati.
