The Franciacorta Rosé Brut Millesimato by Romantica is born in the heart of Franciacorta, one of the most suitable and renowned areas for the production of classic method sparkling wines in Lombardy. This wine stands out for an elegant blend mainly based on Pinot Nero, which gives structure and finesse to the product. The aging on the lees, prolonged for at least 30 months, gifts the Franciacorta with an enveloping complexity and a fine, persistent perlage.

The bouquet opens with delicate scents of small red fruits such as wild strawberries and cherries, accompanied by light floral notes and a hint of yeast that enriches the aromatic profile. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and harmonious, with a pleasant savoriness inviting to drink. Perfect to accompany seafood starters, crustaceans, or delicate white meats, this Franciacorta represents a refined example of the extraordinary territorial expression of the area of origin.
