The Cabernet Sauvignon DOC "Al Campedi" by Tenuta Santa Croce is a red wine that reflects the excellence of Italian viticulture, characterized by a deep attention to detail and respect for the winemaking tradition of the region. Produced in the renowned vineyards located in the Veneto region, this wine stands out for its aromatic richness and well-defined structure.

On the nose, the Cabernet Sauvignon "Al Campedi" offers an intensely aromatic bouquet, with prominent notes of forest fruits such as blackberry and currant, followed by hints of black pepper and a light touch of vanilla, due to its aging in wood. The olfactory complexity is enhanced by touches of aromatic herbs and wet earth, giving the wine a particularly intriguing olfactory profile.

On the palate, the wine presents with a vigorous entry, characterized by robust but well-integrated tannins that promise good longevity. The balance between acidity and alcohol is impeccable, leading to a full sip that fills the palate. The flavors of ripe fruit meld with those of spices and dark chocolate, ending with a long and pleasantly persistent finish.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is ideal for accompanying red meat dishes, such as braised and roasted meats, but it also pairs excellently with aged cheeses and dishes rich in intense flavors. Its versatility makes it a great companion for a variety of occasions, from informal dinners with friends to more formal events.

Serve at a temperature of about 18°C to enhance all its qualities. It is a wine that can be appreciated not only in the present but can also benefit from a few years of aging in the cellar, developing further nuances of taste and complexity.
