The wine displays an intense ruby red color, tending towards violet with aging. On the nose, the bouquet is rich and complex: notes of cherry, plum, and a slight hint of spices and violet emerge, giving the Dolcetto its typical freshness and vivacity. On the palate, the wine is dry yet smooth, with a pleasantly harmonious balance between acids and tannins, making it extremely drinkable and enjoyable even at a young age.
This Dolcetto d'Alba DOC is excellent for accompanying everyday meals, being particularly versatile: it pairs well with light appetizers, dishes based on red or white meat, and cheeses that are not too mature. It is also ideal as an aperitif, starting the dinner with a touch of Piedmontese elegance.
Serve at a temperature of about 16-18°C to fully enjoy its qualities. Cordero di Montezemolo, a historic winery with roots that extend for centuries in Piedmontese viticulture, ensures careful winemaking that respects tradition, promising a Dolcetto d'Alba DOC that enchants both the palate and the heart.
