A top of the range from the Velenosi winery. We are not talking about a simple bubble, it is a Brut sparkling wine that ages 10 years on the lees with the classic method.
To the eye it appears with a bright and luminous color with a persistent and fine perlage. The flavors and smells mix in a combination of freshness and aroma.
The nose is expressed with pleasant and complex fruity tones, aromatic herbs, toasted hazelnuts, biscuits and bread crust, enriched by persuasive notes of honey and sweet spices.
Lively, light and smooth on the palate; and from the sip that does not tire. A bubble aged 10 years, for an experience that is not at all obvious. With a taste of fresh fruit, bread crust and spices. An important bubble that in combination with fish alone would not be valued as it should; an elegant and captivating glass.
