Winery history
The wines under this label come from Maison Baron Albert: the family's winemaking activity dates back to the mid-20th century and has been passed down through generations. Today the estate is managed by sisters Aline, Claire and Lise Baron, who uphold the family tradition by combining modern viticulture and winemaking practices with the house's historical heritage.
Production philosophy
An approach focused on expressing the terroir through targeted technical interventions: separate vinification for each variety and the use of the traditional method for sparkling wines. Terroir and vineyards
