ho scoeprto da poco questa tecnica di produzione del vino bianco, metodo ancestrale con fermentazione e rifermentazione in bottiglia in modo naturale.
Devo dire che ne sono estasiata, almeno assaggi una bollicina completamente differente dalle altre
