The Spumante Trento DOC Millesimato Metodo Classico from the Endrizzi winery represents an excellence in the landscape of Italian sparkling wines produced according to the strict Classic Method. This prestigious label stands out for its elegance and refinement, which are the result of a careful selection of grapes and a long maturation process.

Obtained mainly from Chardonnay grapes, with a small addition of Pinot Nero, this sparkling wine results from meticulous winemaking. The grapes are handpicked from the Trentino highlands, where the unique microclimate imparts a distinctive freshness and minerality to the berries. After harvesting, the grapes undergo an initial fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and subsequently, the base wine is bottled to start the second fermentation according to the Classic Method.

Maturation on the lees for a minimum period of 36 months in the bottle is essential to develop the aromatic complexity and the fine structure of the bubbles. Upon tasting, the Spumante Trento DOC Millesimato by Endrizzi presents a brilliant straw-yellow color, adorned with persistent and refined perlage.

On the nose, it is rich and complex, with notes of fresh fruit such as apple and peach, enriched by hints of yeast and fresh bread, a testament to the prolonged contact with the lees. On the palate, the wine is elegant and well-balanced, with a lively freshness that harmonizes beautifully with a soft and enveloping structure, followed by a long and clean finish.

This sparkling wine is perfect as an aperitif but has the necessary structure to accompany fish dishes, seafood, and white meats. Its elegance also makes it ideal for special occasions and celebrations.
