Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16°C, while the refinement process, which lasts 4 months in steel, takes place on the noble lees of the wine put back into suspension with periodic batonnage.
The result is a wine with a brilliant straw color and an enveloping bouquet, with floral and citrus notes that intertwine harmoniously. In the mouth, it reveals a pleasant freshness and a well-balanced structure, with good persistence.
