The "Grillo Sicilia DOC - Molino a Vento - Tenute Orestiadi" is a white wine that embodies the vibrant essence of Sicily. This wine is produced by Tenute Orestiadi, a winery that draws from the rich viticultural tradition of Gibellina, at the heart of the region.

Grillo, a native Sicilian grape variety, is known for its ability to produce aromatic and structured wines. The "Molino a Vento" is an exceptional example of this variety, characterized by a careful and meticulous vinification process. The grapes are handpicked at the perfect point of ripeness to ensure that all the aromatic nuances are preserved.

Visually, the wine presents a bright straw-yellow color, often accompanied by greenish reflections. On the nose, it seduces with intense aromas of tropical fruits, such as mango and papaya, enhanced by delicate floral notes and a touch of aromatic herbs. This olfactory complexity translates into a balanced palate where the acidic freshness harmoniously combines with a soft structure, leaving a pleasant sensation of roundness.

Ideal as an aperitif, the "Grillo Sicilia DOC - Molino a Vento - Tenute Orestiadi" pairs beautifully with fish dishes, shellfish, or seafood. It is also excellent with light salads and dishes based on spring vegetables.

This Grillo represents a perfect choice for those seeking a wine that expresses the freshness and energy of the Mediterranean, making it a testament of the Sicilian terroir in every sip.
