A dry sparkling red wine produced in Castelvetro, Modena, from grapes from 100% Lambrusco Grasparossa vine, planted on medium-textured soils, at an altitude of 152 m a.s.l.
Fermented maceration on the skins for 3 - 6 days at a controlled temperature to extract aromas, color and tannins.
Produced from young vineyards less than 20 years old and with a low yield per hectare, the nose expresses a delicate and balanced bouquet.
Ruby color in the glass. The taste is sapid, quite fresh and dry, but slightly soft, with an excellent drinkability.
Indicated in combination with first courses such as tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce, tortellini, zampone and mixed boiled meats. Also ideal as an accompaniment to medium-aged cheeses.
