The Moscato d'Asti DOCG from Vignaioli di Santo Stefano by Ceretto enchants with its typical elegance and delicate aromatic expression. This sweet sparkling wine has a light straw yellow color and often displays golden reflections that captivatingly capture the light.
Produced in the renowned region of Piedmont, this variety of Moscato is cultivated under a regime of careful and ecologically sustainable viticulture. The harvest occurs manually when the grapes are fully ripe, ensuring the maximum intensity of aromas. On the palate, the Moscato d'Asti DOCG by Ceretto is distinguished by its perfect balance between sweetness and freshness, with a slight effervescence that enhances its liveliness.
On the nose, it expresses a rich aromatic palette, dominated by notes of white peach, apricot, and delicate touches of citrus and white flowers. The finish is persistently aromatic, with a sweetness that invites another sip.
This wine is ideal as an aperitif or paired with light desserts, particularly those based on fruit. It is also an excellent accompaniment to fresh cheeses or spoon desserts, such as apricot clafoutis or lemon panna cotta. Serve chilled between 6 and 8°C to fully enjoy its exuberant aromatic range.
The Moscato d'Asti by Ceretto is an example of how the winemaking tradition can be diligently respected and simultaneously innovated, to produce a wine that is both joyful and refinedly complex.
