The Rosato Lambrusco di Sorbara by Silvia Zucchi represents an excellent example of this grape variety's ability to adapt and shine even in rosé winemaking. Characterized by a lively and bright rosé color, this wine offers a delicately fragrant bouquet on the nose, with notes of fresh red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries, accompanied by a slight floral touch. On the palate, the experience is refreshing and lively, thanks to the typical acidity of Lambrusco di Sorbara, which perfectly balances the light sweetness of the fruit. The natural effervescence, subtle but present, adds a dimension of liveliness that makes this rosé particularly enjoyable to drink in company or as an aperitif.
