The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut "Cuveé di Boj" by Valdo is a refined example of the excellence of Prosecco produced in the historic area of Valdobbiadene. This sparkling wine is the result of a selected cuvée, in which only the best Glera (the main variety of Prosecco) grapes are chosen to ensure a superior quality product.
The "Cuveé di Boj" features a magnificent effervescence, with fine and persistent bubbles that form an elegant crown at the top of the glass. Its color is a bright straw yellow with greenish highlights. On the nose, intense aromas of ripe white fruit, such as pear and apple, emerge, along with hints of citrus and floral notes, enriched by a subtle hint of fresh almond.
