Il Pavillon De Leoville Poyferre, produced by the renowned winery Château Léoville Poyferré, represents an extraordinary example from the Saint-Julien region in the heart of Bordeaux. This red wine, considered the second wine of the estate, is created following the same rigorous quality standards as the first wine, but is accessible to a broader audience thanks to a more affordable price.

Made primarily with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot grapes, this wine stands out for its robust structure and complex aromatic profile. On the nose, Pavillon De Leoville Poyferre offers seductive notes of ripe black fruits, citrus peels, and light hints of exotic spices. The palate is well-balanced, with mature tannins that enhance its grip without overpowering the freshness of the fruit.

It matures in French oak barrels for 18 months, which helps to round out the tannins and add a subtle veil of vanilla and chocolate to the flavor profile. Perfect for serving with red meat roasts, game, or aged cheeses, this wine has significant aging potential but can also be enjoyed in its youth thanks to its vibrant expressiveness.
