The Custoza Spumante Perlato DOC BIO from Gorgo Winery is an excellent choice for those looking for a high-quality organic sparkling wine. Produced in the Veneto wine region, this sparkling wine is the result of a meticulous selection of white grapes grown according to the principles of organic farming, ensuring the absence of pesticides and synthetic chemicals.

This sparkling wine is distinguished by its delicate perlage, a visually appealing aspect given by the fine bubbles that elegantly rise in the glass. On the nose, the Custoza Spumante Perlato offers a rich and complex aromatic bouquet, characterized by notes of white flowers, green apple, and a light touch of almond. These olfactory sensations are accompanied by a minty freshness that invites tasting.

On the palate, the wine is lively and fresh, with a perfect balance between acidity and fruitiness. The flavors of fresh fruit persist, making this sparkling wine an ideal choice to accompany light appetizers or seafood. It is also perfect as an aperitif, thanks to its ability to stimulate the appetite and prepare the palate for further tasting.

The organic production, certified and environmentally friendly, adds an additional level of appreciation for this sparkling wine, making it not just a stylish choice, but also an expression of care and respect for the land and nature.

The Custoza Spumante Perlato DOC BIO from Gorgo is therefore an excellent choice for those looking for an organic sparkling wine that does not compromise on quality and flavor, offering a refined and responsible drink for any special or everyday occasion. Moreover, its elegant presentation makes it an ideal gift for wine lovers.

Winery history
The estate is led by the Bricolo family: parents Alberta and Roberto started the business, and it is now managed by their daughter Roberta. According to the winery, it was founded by the parents in 1975; in 2014 the current owners began the conversion to organic viticulture, which resulted in vineyard certification. Over the years the facilities have been expanded with architectural additions focused on hospitality and wine tourism.
Production philosophy
The company's philosophy centers on organic viticulture and sustainability: the organic approach is regarded as an indispensable choice to safeguard health and the land and to enhance the relationship between soil, vine and climate, with winemaking planned already in the vineyard.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located on the moraine hills around the village of Custoza, in the municipality of Sommacampagna, on glacially derived soils rich in pebbles and calcium carbonate, which impart minerality and salinity to the wines, typical of the Lake Garda area.
Awards and recognitions
Among the recognitions reported by the press and industry platforms are: Tre Bicchieri for the Custoza 'San Michelin'; international awards such as a Silver Medal and mentions in Decanter for the Custoza Superiore 'Summa'; and Mundus Vini medals for wines such as Ca' Nova.
