The Bardolino Chiaretto DOC Organic from Gorgo is a wine that enchants with its fresh character and lively delicacy. Produced in the renowned winemaking region of Veneto, this rosé stands out for adhering to the principles of organic farming, ensuring not only quality but also the sustainability of the production process.

Characterized by a bright rosé color, Bardolino Chiaretto immediately reveals fruity notes of strawberry, raspberry, and a light touch of pomegranate on the nose, enhanced by floral nuances reminiscent of rose and violet. The olfactory approach is complemented by a freshness that immediately invites a sip.

On the palate, the lively acidity is perfectly balanced with the light body and harmonious structure of the wine, resulting in a pleasantly persistent palate. The fruity notes blend with a slight herbaceous component, typical of wines produced near Lake Garda, giving a refreshing and clean aftertaste.

This wine is ideal as an aperitif or paired with light starters, fish dishes, or vegetarian cuisine. It is recommended to serve it chilled, between 8 and 10°C, to fully appreciate its freshness and exuberance.

Gorgo's commitment to organic practices is reflected not only in the quality of the Bardolino Chiaretto but also in its contribution to sustainable viticulture, making it an excellent choice for wine lovers who are conscious of the environment and the authenticity of the product.

Winery history
The estate is led by the Bricolo family: parents Alberta and Roberto started the business, and it is now managed by their daughter Roberta. According to the winery, it was founded by the parents in 1975; in 2014 the current owners began the conversion to organic viticulture, which resulted in vineyard certification. Over the years the facilities have been expanded with architectural additions focused on hospitality and wine tourism.
Production philosophy
The company's philosophy centers on organic viticulture and sustainability: the organic approach is regarded as an indispensable choice to safeguard health and the land and to enhance the relationship between soil, vine and climate, with winemaking planned already in the vineyard.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located on the moraine hills around the village of Custoza, in the municipality of Sommacampagna, on glacially derived soils rich in pebbles and calcium carbonate, which impart minerality and salinity to the wines, typical of the Lake Garda area.
Awards and recognitions
Among the recognitions reported by the press and industry platforms are: Tre Bicchieri for the Custoza 'San Michelin'; international awards such as a Silver Medal and mentions in Decanter for the Custoza Superiore 'Summa'; and Mundus Vini medals for wines such as Ca' Nova.
