A refined sparkling wine, coming from volcanic soils on Mount Calvarina, located in the province of Verona. This wine is mainly made from 90% Durella grapes, with a small addition of Pinot Blanc which helps to give it a pleasant roundness. Thanks to the notable presence of basaltic rocks in the soil, it offers saline and mineral notes that evoke flint. The prolonged refinement on the lees gives the wine a fine and long-lasting perlage, an aromatically complex bouquet and a pleasantly dry and fresh sip that stimulates the palate.

Its shade is a lively golden yellow, with an abundance of bubbles that develop into a subtle and elegant perlage. In the aromatic bouquet, rich and tropical hints of pineapple, papaya and mango emerge, together with yellow-fleshed peaches, nectarines and citrus fruits. Light scented nuances of bread crust and sweet almonds are also perceived, followed by floral notes of acacia and jasmine. In closing, aromatic herbs emerge, in particular thyme and sage. The sip is creamy, rich and elegant, with a long-lasting persistence, accompanied by a savory and pleasantly slightly bitter finish which guarantees considerable ease of drinking.
