The Insolite Meunier Extra Brut Champagne - Thenevet Delouvin offers a unique experience for lovers of high-quality sparkling wines. This Champagne comes from the renowned vineyards of the Marne Valley, a territory famous for cultivating the Pinot Meunier grape, which embodies the soul of this extraordinary cuvée.

With exceptional refinement, the Insolite Meunier Extra Brut features a bright straw-yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage, a symbol of its excellent quality. On the nose, it is distinguished by its intense aromas of fresh fruit, particularly notes of green apple and pear, enriched by floral nuances and a slight touch of toasted bread, a result of its long maturation on the lees.

On the palate, this Champagne surprises with its liveliness and freshness. The balance between acidity and fruitiness is impeccable, characterized by a creamy texture that envelops the palate. The aromas of fresh fruit blend with flavors of dried fruit and subtle hints of minerality, contributing to a long and pleasantly complex finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, Insolite Meunier Extra Brut can also beautifully accompany dishes based on fish and seafood, as well as light appetizers and sushi dishes. Its structure makes it perfect also for accompanying a dinner from start to finish.

Its limited production and careful selection of grapes make it an exclusive product, sought after by collectors and enthusiasts of quality Champagne. Each sip of this Champagne is a true homage to French viticultural tradition and the particular attention that the Thenevet Delouvin house dedicates to the production of its exclusive sparkling wines.
