An excellent selection for lovers of true Champagne, the "Reserve Premier Cru Extra Brut" by Thierry Fournier embodies the essence of refinement and elegance. Produced in the renowned Champagne region of France, this sparkling wine stands out for its exceptional purity and aromatic complexity.

Thierry Fournier's Extra Brut is primarily made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier grapes, sourced exclusively from vineyards classified as Premier Cru. This Champagne is known for its meticulous winemaking process and lengthy ageing on the lees which contribute to crafting a sophisticated bouquet and impeccable texture.

On the nose, it opens with lively citrus and white fruit aromas, followed by nuances of white flowers and fresh yeasts, typical of the Extra Brut style. On the palate, the wine has a clean structure with high acidity that perfectly balances its low sugar dosage. The persistence is remarkable, ending with a crisp and refreshing finish, enhanced by a mineral aftertaste that invites another sip.

Ideal as an aperitif, Thierry Fournier's Reserve Premier Cru Extra Brut can also beautifully accompany a variety of dishes, from seafood starters to delicate preparations of white meats.

This Champagne is, without a doubt, a prestigious choice for celebrating special occasions or for offering a moment of pure pleasure to the most discerning palates. Each sip of this exclusive Champagne is a tribute to the French winemaking tradition, ensuring an unforgettable sensory experience.

Winery history
A family-owned estate, now in its fourth and fifth generations, rooted in the village of Festigny in the Marne Valley. In recent years the team was refreshed by the arrival of Julien, and the estate modernized its winery with a new vinification facility installed in 2007–2008. The family continues to vinify and bottle its own grapes, maintaining tradition while pursuing development.
Production philosophy
Production focused on precision and respect for the terroir: predominance of Meunier in the blends, viticulture "raisonnée" with a long-term environmental plan, winemaking that favours extended ageing on the lees and careful attention to the balance and delicacy of the wines. They also experiment with winemaking techniques, such as the use of oak barrels for some trials.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards in the Vallée de la Marne, with parcels spread across 11 different communes. Variable soils and exposures allow blends with a broad aromatic spectrum. The winery is about a 1.5-hour drive from Paris and operates within the historic area of the Champagne slopes, part of the UNESCO site since 2015.
