The Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG - Cultus Boni - Badia a Coltibuono represents one of the highest and most refined expressions of the historic Badia a Coltibuono estate, located in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, in Tuscany. This wine stands out not only for its exceptional quality, but also for the philosophical approach that underlies its production, reflecting a profound respect for tradition and the environment.

"Cultus Boni", which translates as "the cultivation of the good", embodies Badia a Coltibuono's commitment to creating wines that are both a celebration of Tuscan winemaking heritage and an expression of the best sustainable and organic practices . The Cultus Boni Riserva is made mainly with Sangiovese grapes, enriched by a selection of other native varieties, following a winemaking process that aims to enhance the purity of the fruit and the typicality of the terroir.

After a scrupulous selection of the best grapes, the winemaking takes place using traditional methods, which favor the use of indigenous yeasts and prolonged maceration to extract colour, aromas and tannins in a balanced way. The wine is aged for at least 24 months in oak barrels of various sizes, followed by further refinement in the bottle, which helps to develop a complex aromatic profile and a harmonious structure.

At sight, the Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG - Cultus Boni has an intense and deep ruby red color. On the nose, the bouquet is rich and complex, with notes of ripe red fruits, spices, tobacco and balsamic nuances, together with touches of leather and chocolate that develop with the evolution of the wine. In the mouth, Cultus Boni demonstrates extraordinary concentration and depth, with velvety tannins and a freshness that perfectly balances the power of the wine, leading to a long and persistent finish.

This wine is ideal in combination with Tuscan and Mediterranean cuisine, such as grilled red meats, roasts, game and mature cheeses. Its complexity and elegance also make it perfect for special occasions or as a meditation wine.
