The Lambrusco il Trovador DOC from Cantina di Soliera is a vibrant and explosive offering that embodies the traditional liveliness of Lambrusco wines. This sparkling red wine is crafted from a perfect combination of Lambrusco grape varieties, generously grown in the fertile lands of Soliera, in the heart of Emilia-Romagna.

Visually, Lambrusco il Trovador presents a deep and bright ruby red color, accompanied by a fine and persistent bubble that seduces the glass. On the nose, intense scents of fresh red fruits such as strawberries, cherries, and raspberries emerge immediately, enriched by delicate floral hints and a subtle spicy note.

On the palate, this Lambrusco impresses with its freshness and vivacity. The entry is sparkling, with a pleasant effervescence that envelops the palate. The balance between moderate sweetness and well-dosed acidity makes this wine particularly harmonious and inviting. The fruity notes perceived on the nose are also found in the taste, where they blend into a pleasantly persistent finish.

Lambrusco il Trovador DOC is ideal to accompany light starters, dishes from traditional Emilian cuisine such as gnocco fritto and cured meats, or to enliven casual occasions and aperitifs. Its versatile nature also makes it perfect for accompanying vegetarian dishes or fish-based dishes.

With a moderate alcohol content, this Lambrusco represents an excellent choice for those wishing to enjoy a characteristic and accessible wine, capable of bringing a touch of joy to every glass.
