Di Soliera Winery

It is part of a group of inter-provincial wineries that can boast the most important production plant in the area. The Cantina di Limidi was born in 1923, the leader of the group, and then over time expanded to many other neighboring wineries, to share passions, traditions, experiences and sometimes even grapes, from whose mixes great stories of important wines were born. Today the group has 422 members and the Cantina di Soliera boasts the primacy in the production of Lambrusco di Sorbara from which about 60% of the entire production comes. Among the excellences of the house we find the most noble crus from which the winery selects the grapes destined for this prestigious project, there is a small vineyard plot of just under 4 hectares of Sorbara grapes, dated over 50 years, totally "free foot" or not grafted. From these vineyards are obtained grapes capable of giving rise to the most authentic and austere Sorbara.
