The Bolla Bianca Spumante Brut from Conventino is a refined and highly elegant expression that originates from the heart of the Italian hills, where winemaking tradition blends with modern techniques to create superior quality wines. This brut sparkling wine is the result of meticulous selection of grapes, processed using the long Charmat method, which involves maturation on the yeast for several months, giving the wine greater aromatic complexity and very fine, persistent bubbles.

Visually, it presents a bright straw yellow color, enriched by a fine and incessant perlage that lights up the glass with lively reflections. On the nose, the Bolla Bianca offers an intriguing aromatic bouquet, with notes of fresh fruit such as green apple and peach, followed by nuances of white flowers and a slight hint of toasted bread, which testifies to its evolution on the yeasts.

On the palate, this brut sparkling wine is distinguished by its exceptional freshness and vivacity. The attack is crisp, with a nice acidity that balances the structure of the wine and makes it harmonious. The finish is clean and persistent, leaving a pleasantly fruity and refreshing sensation.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Bolla Bianca Spumante Brut from Conventino is also perfect to accompany light starters, fish dishes, and seafood. Its versatility makes it suitable for any occasion, from a casual gathering among friends to a more formal event. A true gem for lovers of sparkling wines, who seek quality and finesse in their glass.
