The Nero d'Avola Terre Siciliane IGP from Cantine Colosi encapsulates the essence of Sicily, renowned for its ancestral vineyards that brave the island's heat and wind. This wine is known for its rich aromatic profile and extraordinary ability to represent the terroir of this sunny land.

With an intense and deep color, Colosi's Nero d'Avola presents itself in the glass with a rich ruby hue, foreshadowing its complex organoleptic qualities. On the nose, it is distinguished by a bouquet of black fruits, including prominent notes of blackberry and ripe cherry, enriched by nuances of sweet spices such as vanilla and a hint of tobacco and dark chocolate, derived from skillful aging in barrique.

On the palate, the wine is vigorous and full-bodied, with a well-balanced tannic structure that promises excellent aging potential. The acidity is harmonious and perfectly complements the fruity intensity, leading to a long and persistent finish that leaves a pleasant sensation of warmth and complexity.

Ideal as a companion for hearty dishes, it pairs perfectly with traditional Sicilian cuisine such as Pasta alla Norma or baked lamb. It is also an excellent choice to accompany aged cheeses and grilled red meats.

Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C to enhance all its qualities. The Nero d'Avola Terre Siciliane IGP by Colosi is an excellent choice for those wishing to discover the intensity and passion of Sicilian wines, celebrated worldwide for their unique and unmistakable character.
