The Crémant de Loire Brut from Domaine des Sablonnieres is a sparkling wine that embodies the elegance and freshness typical of the Loire Valley. Produced according to the traditional method, this Crémant is distinguished by its fine and persistent bubbles, which dance in the glass revealing a straw-yellow color with golden highlights.

On the nose, it opens with a complex bouquet, where notes of ripe white fruit blend with delicate hints of brioche and toasted almond, thanks to aging on the lees for at least 18 months. On the palate, the Crémant de Loire Brut from Domaine des Sablonnieres offers a lively freshness, accompanied by a pleasant creaminess and a long, clean finish.

This cuvée is composed mainly of Chenin Blanc grapes, with a touch of Chardonnay, which contributes to the structure and complexity that make it suitable both for a solemn toast and as a refined accompaniment to appetizers and fish-based dishes. Its refinement also makes it an excellent companion for celebrating special moments. A true gem of the Loire, which best expresses the French winemaking tradition and mastery.
