Ronchi Di Cialla's Ciallabianco is a celebration of the identity and richness of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, a region known for its white wines of extraordinary quality and character. Produced by a winery that has always placed particular emphasis on the valorization of native varieties, this wine stands out for its ability to embody the freshness, elegance and aromatic complexity typical of the Cialla terroir.
Ciallabianco is an expertly balanced blend of native and international grapes, selected to express a rich and varied aromatic profile. The winemaking takes place with the aim of preserving the varietal notes and the freshness of the fruit, thanks also to the use of stainless steel tanks which keep the organoleptic characteristics of the grapes unaltered.
Visually, it presents a bright straw yellow color, which heralds the liveliness and freshness of the sip. On the nose, the bouquet is a mix of aromas ranging from white pulp fruit, such as pear and apple, to floral nuances and a light mineral touch, which together create a captivating and inviting olfactory experience.
In the mouth, Ciallabianco surprises with its perfect balance between lively acidity and body, with a texture that envelops the palate leaving a sensation of fullness and persistence. The aromatic complexity is expressed through fresh and clean flavours, with a long and pleasantly aromatic finish.
This wine lends itself magnificently to a wide variety of gastronomic combinations, from seafood cuisine to light first courses, from risottos to preparations based on vegetables and white meats. It is also an excellent aperitif, capable of stimulating the palate and gracefully accompanying the start of any banquet.
The Ciallabianco by Ronchi Di Cialla is, finally, a demonstration of the winery's commitment to producing wines that are an authentic expression of the Cialla territory, with a strong identity and a quality that tells the story and passion for viticulture of this particular area of Friuli.
