The Casalforte Pinot Nero IGT, produced by the renowned Riondo winery, is a red wine that expresses the varietal elegance of Pinot Nero with special attention to quality and respect for the terroir. This wine comes from the Veneto region, known for its ability to produce wines with great finesse and character.

Ruby red in color with garnet reflections, the Casalforte Pinot Nero IGT stands out for its rich and complex aromatic bouquet, where notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and blackberry, prevail, accompanied by spicy nuances and a light touch of vanilla, a result of careful maturation in wood. These olfactory characteristics are confirmed on the palate, where the wine is soft and velvety with fresh acidity that perfectly balances its medium body.

On the palate, the Casalforte Pinot Nero IGT is harmonious, with well-integrated tannins that provide structure and a remarkably lengthy taste persistence. This makes it a versatile wine suitable for pairing with a wide range of dishes, from light red meats to medium-structured dishes such as risottos, roasted poultry, and moderately aged cheeses.

Ideal for consumption while young, the Casalforte Pinot Nero IGT can also be aged for a few years, during which it will develop additional flavor nuances. Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C to best enhance its qualities.
