The Casalforte Soave DOC from the Riondo winery is a white wine that enchants with its elegance and freshness, originating from the renowned Veneto region. Characterized by a commendable clarity, it has a soft straw-yellow color with greenish reflections that herald its youth and vitality.

On the nose, the Casalforte Soave DOC expresses a rather intense and pleasantly complex aromatic bouquet. Notes of white fruits such as green apple and pear blend with floral hints of chamomile and subtle nuances of aromatic herbs, creating a fresh and inviting olfactory profile. The addition of slight almond nuances is a typical characteristic of Soave wines, adding an extra layer of complexity.

On the palate, this wine stands out for its perfect balance between acidity and body. The entry is soft, followed by a pleasant acidity that keeps the palate clean and refreshed. The finish is harmonious and persistent, with a closure that brings back the delicate fruity and floral notes perceived on the nose.

Perfect as an aperitif, the Casalforte Soave DOC pairs beautifully with light dishes such as seafood salads, vegetable starters, and grilled fish. It is also an excellent choice to accompany light pasta dishes and risottos, especially with ingredients like asparagus or zucchini.

This wine represents an excellent choice for those looking for a bottle that combines refinement and drinkability, ideal for special occasions or as a surprising complement to a casual dinner with friends. Riondo, with its focus on quality and sustainability, ensures that every sip of Casalforte Soave DOC is an authentic expression of the terroir that produces it.
