Ciliegiolo is a vine known for its freshness and its elegant fruity expression. The wine has a lively ruby color reminiscent of the reflections of ripe cherries, from which it takes its name.
The bouquet of perfumes is a real delight with notes of red cherries, berries and floral nuances. On the palate, it reveals a pleasant softness, with silky tannins and a fresh and clean finish.
This wine is an ideal companion for light dishes such as appetizers, first courses based on fresh tomatoes, focaccia and white meat.
