The Galantino medium fruity extra virgin olive oil is produced with the cold method and pressing with stone millstones, with olives selected from the typical Apulian varieties Coratina and Ogliarola.

The aroma and flavor are in perfect balance, combined with very low acidity; this makes it an excellent oil particularly suitable for raw condiments, giving taste and digestibility to foods.

A superior category oil, obtained solely by mechanical processes.

Excellent in dishes with a balanced taste, perfect in salads and ideal for dressing soups, risottos and sauces. Also excellent for cooking and frying.
