Barolo Brunate DOCG - Oddero is an example of excellence in the production of Barolo, the symbolic wine of Piedmont and among the most prestigious in the world. The Oddero winery, one of the most historic and respected in the region, produces this wine by selecting Nebbiolo grapes from the Brunate vineyards, one of the most famous and appreciated crus in the Barolo area, located between the municipalities of La Morra and Barolo.

Brunate is known for its ideal exposure and calcareous-clayey soil, which give the Barolo produced in this location an extraordinary complexity, elegance and aging potential. Oddero's philosophy places great emphasis on respect for the terroir and the pure expression of the grape variety, through sustainable viticulture practices and a careful winemaking and aging process.

At sight, the Barolo Brunate DOCG of Oddero has a deep garnet red color, typical of the great Barolos, with orange reflections that develop with aging. On the nose, the wine offers a complex and intense bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruit, dried flowers, spices, tobacco and leather, enriched by nuances of wet earth and mineral traces, which reflect the uniqueness of the Brunate cru.

In the mouth, the wine demonstrates an impressive structure, with robust but refined tannins and a balanced acidity which guarantees a long tasting persistence. The flavors are consistent with the olfactory sensations, evolving towards a long and persistent finish, which leaves a pleasant aromatic complexity and an aftertaste that invites reflection.

Ideal for accompanying rich and structured dishes, such as red meats, truffle-based dishes, game and mature cheeses, Oddero's Barolo Brunate DOCG is also a perfect wine for special occasions, capable of evolving magnificently over time and offering an experience rich and deep tasting.
